This individual will travel between stores, ensure merchandising compliance with planograms and store layouts, and supervise seasonal and promotional display strategies. They will also lead store-level initiatives, provide insights into customer behavior, and act as the primary liaison between the brand and retail teams. The ideal candidate brings leadership ability, merchandising knowledge, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing retail environment.
