benefits PTO Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and
seasoned Plant Manager to lead our food production operations. This
is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for directing
and coordinating daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and
productivity. The successful candidate will have a proven track
record in food/beverage manufacturing, with extensive knowledge of
FDA and USDA regulations, GMP, SQF, CAPA, and RCA. This role
requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage personnel
effectively, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Fluency in
Spanish is a must, as the role involves overseeing a diverse,
bilingual team. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the
food production plant, ensuring all activities are carried out
efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to
optimize productivity and reduce downtime. Ensure compliance with
all relevant regulations, including FDA, USDA, GMP, SQF, CAPA, and
RCA. Lead and manage a diverse, bilingual team, fostering a
positive work environment that encourages collaboration and
innovation. Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant facilities
and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Implement and
monitor training programs to ensure all personnel are equipped with
necessary skills and knowledge. Conduct regular inspections and
audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to
safety and quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to
align objectives and strategies, ensuring the overall success of
the company. Manage budget and resources, making necessary
adjustments to meet operational goals. Handle any issues or
emergencies promptly and professionally, implementing corrective
actions as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business
Management, Food Science, or related field. Minimum of 5 years'
experience in a managerial role in the food/beverage manufacturing
industry. Proven knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations, GMP, SQF,
CAPA, and RCA. Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team
management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick
decisions under pressure. Proficient in the use of computer
software, including MS Office and production management systems.
Experience in training and personnel management. Strong commitment
to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Ability to work
flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Join our
