to Build your Future The Director, Chief of Staff, Business Systems
will serve as the Chief of Staff to the VP of Business Systems,
overseeing Strategy and Operations for the department. This role is
a key strategic partner and enabler of the organization’s success.
This highly visible and impactful role is designed for an
organized, proactive leader who can drive strategic initiatives,
optimize operational execution, and foster effective communication
and alignment across Business Systems and the broader Lennar
Technology Group (LTG). The Chief of Staff will play a central role
in managing day-to-day operations, leading cross-functional
initiatives, and helping ensure Business Systems operates at peak
performance in alignment with LTG’s strategy and priorities. A

Strategic Planning and Execution Translate executive vision into
actionable plans, ensuring timely tracking and execution of
strategic initiatives. Represent Business Systems in LTG Chief of
Staff forums, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and
deliverables. Partner with Business Systems leadership to shape,
track, and report on strategic goals and KPIs. Develop
executive-level presentations and dashboards that communicate
progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. 2. Operational
Excellence Identify operational gaps and lead continuous
improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, scalability, and
productivity. Manage cross-functional collaboration with Business
Systems leadership in land, construction, customer care, and
related LTG teams. Ensure Business Systems adheres to
organizational KPIs and reporting standards. Lead the execution and
follow-up of special projects and priority initiatives across the
organization. Collaborate with the LTG Strategy and Planning Office
to align on project intake, resource allocation, and capacity
planning. Support budget planning and oversight across technology
spend categories. Build and maintain operational dashboards to
track KPIs related to delivery, budget, and team performance. 3.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Drive consistent
communication and alignment across Business Systems, including
staff and extended team meetings. Draft internal and external
communications, executive presentations, and briefing documents.
Plan and facilitate leadership meetings with clear agendas, action
tracking, and accountability follow-ups. Leadership Support &
Decision-Making Provide strategic insight and data-driven analysis
to inform decision-making. Conduct research and develop
recommendations on organizational opportunities and challenges.
Serve as a thought partner to the VP and leadership team, providing
feedback on team dynamics, culture, and performance, etc. 5.
Program & Project Management Lead Program and Project Management
staff to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. Set
the tone and standard for project tracking, status reporting, and
delivery discipline across Business Systems. Establish and champion
best practices, tools, and templates for consistent project
execution and communication. Coach and mentor PMs to build a strong
project management culture grounded in accountability and
transparency. Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from
planning through execution and measurement. Ensure projects are
delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with measurable
outcomes. Regularly report on project performance metrics and drive
continuous improvement across initiatives. 6. Financial Management
and Budgeting: Support development and management of the Business
Systems budgets in partnership with VP and department leaders and
alignment with strategic priorities. Monitor financial performance,
track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost
optimization. Provide oversight on investment in LTG platforms and
applications, ensuring ROI and alignment with enterprise goals.
Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field required;
MBA or equivalent advanced degree beneficial. Experience 10 years
of progressive experience in technology leadership, strategic
planning, or program management roles. Experience in enterprise
applications, software engineering, or related IT environments
preferred. Skills Strong program and project management skills with
a proven ability to handle complex, high-priority initiatives.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
across technical and business audiences. Demonstrated strategic
thinking and the ability to translate vision into operational
plans. Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills;
data-driven mindset. Strong experience across Agile, software
development lifecycle, and enterprise delivery practices. Ability
to lead through influence and drive organizational change.
