Job Description:
Summary We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Azure
Architect to provide technical leadership in the design,
architecture, documentation, and review of technology solutions
aligned with both business and IT needs. This individual will be
responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions primarily across
the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem, including support for cloud
migration and integration efforts. This role requires a hands-on
leader who can serve as a focal point for technical delivery across
multiple projects. Responsibilities Lead the architecture and
design of enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring alignment with
business goals and IT strategy. Serve as the primary escalation
point for technical delivery challenges. Own the end-to-end
technical solution for key business initiatives and projects. Lead
the design and implementation of solutions using Azure and related
Microsoft technologies. Provide architecture oversight and guidance
throughout the project lifecycle. Required Experience and Skills
Strong, holistic understanding of technology and business
operations. Proven expertise in software and data integration using
Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud infrastructure. Experience
in designing canonical data models, service-oriented architectures
(SOA), and transformation/messaging patterns. Familiarity with
microservices, event-driven architectures, and domain-driven
design. Hands-on experience with PaaS providers including Azure and
AWS, including cloud migration efforts. In-depth knowledge of IT
infrastructure components including networks, databases, and
security practices. Experience in DevOps, infrastructure as code,
and secure application design. Understanding of authentication and
authorization methods such as ADFS, SAML, OAuth. Strong leadership,
communication, and influencing skills; ability to convey complex
technical topics clearly. Proven track record in problem-solving
and innovation within fast-paced environments. Strong organization,
analysis, and facilitation skills. Customer service orientation and
the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Knowledge
of MS Dynamics for ERP systems is a significant advantage. Exposure
to ITIL, TOGAF, or similar frameworks is a plus. Experience in
application cloud architecture, mobile development, or design is
beneficial. Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent experience
in software and systems architecture. Industry background in
automotive, distribution, or warehousing is preferred. Preferred
