We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects in the Jupiter, FL area. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong track record in managing field operations from groundbreaking through completion on large-scale residential developments. Client Details Our client is a reputable and growing general contractor that specializes in ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments across South Florida. With a strong portfolio of successful projects and repeat clients, they prioritize quality construction, safety, and team collaboration. Description Oversee daily onsite construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans, safety protocols, and timelines. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain consistent workflow. Conduct daily and weekly meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and update stakeholders. Enforce site safety and cleanliness in accordance with OSHA and company policies. Work closely with the Project Manager to manage schedules, inspections, and project documentation. Profile 7 years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on ground-up multifamily projects. Proven ability to manage vertical construction on developments ranging from garden-style to mid-rise apartments. Strong leadership and communication skills to lead teams and coordinate with ownership and design teams. Proficient with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar. Committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a safe and productive site environment. Job Offer Competitive base salary in the range of $100,000 - $120,000.
