Job Description Job Title: Medical Technologist / Medical Lab Technician - Transfusion Services, Blood Bank, $20k Bonus Department: Transfusion Services/Blood Bank. Shifts : Day or evening shifts available. Performs laboratory analyses in an accurate, timely, courteous, and effective manner to support comprehensive patient care. Estimated pay range for this position is $32.60 - $42.38 / hour depending on experience. $20k Sign on Bonus offered. Full benefits offered. Permanent and Full-time direct hire. Qualifications: Degrees: Associates or BS degree Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support, Clinical Laboratory Technologist Additional Qualifications: If Bachelor‘s Degree in Medical Technology or related science as required by the State of Florida, no experience required. If Associate‘s Degree in Medical Technology or related science as required by the State of Florida, a minimum of two years medical technologist experience at BHSF and fulfilling appropriate career advancement/packet criteria required. All candidates require a State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license in appropriate discipline(s) with complete knowledge of medical technology theory and practice.
