a full-time HVAC Hybrid Service Tech - Comfort Advisor to meet in
the homes of our Weston, FL customers, to work closely with
homeowners, listen to their wants and needs, and offer them the
best solutions for their HVAC needs. We offer this vital role $15-
$25/hr, plus commission. We provide you with the flexibility to
earn performance commissions through both sales and installation,
or you can choose to focus solely on sales commissions. You would
also be eligible for fantastic perks that include company provided

ADVISOR As an HVAC Hybrid Service Tech - Comfort Advisor, your
product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade.

ensure that everything goes smoothly for our customers. While
selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the hard work

seeing your hard work pay off in your paycheck! QUALIFICATIONS 3
years of HVAC service experience 1 year of sales experience
Driver's license and clean driving record Bilingual in Spanish and
English is preferred but not required Are you self-motivated and
able to work independently? Do you enjoy communicating with office
staff and homeowners alike? Can you explain technical information
in layman's terms? Are you organized and able to manage your time?
Are you energetic and opportunistic? Do you learn quickly and have
