our auto glass client and develop relationships with their existing
ones. The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying needs
and determining competitiveness levels for each customer in the
territory. This entry-level role also involves promoting our
client’s auto glass offerings and building market growth

Our Entry Level Account Manager role is the perfect launchpad! You
will be working on the following Account Manager duties: Sales and
Territory Management Collaborate with other Account Managers and
upper management to refine territory strategies and establish sales
objectives. Monitor and analyze emerging markets and shifts in the
market landscape. Evaluate sales opportunities with both new and
existing clients through various methods (inquiry, observation,
research) to increase market penetration. Travel within the
assigned territory, effectively managing time and resources, to
promote products and services, understand client needs, and
strengthen customer relationships. Client Engagement and Sales
Strategies Engage with clients to define competitive solutions
leveraging the company's offerings, aligning with established sales
strategies. Address and navigate potential challenges with clients,
including competition, pain points, budget constraints, and project
timelines. Maintain open communication with the Branch Manager and
sales team regarding customer opportunities, progress, proposals,
and service quality, providing relevant recommendations.
