in your role as a Full Time Sales Representative to present
compelling value propositions and close deals within the business
sector. Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Specialist:
Engage businesses, identify their telecom needs, and offer
AT&T's internet, phone, data, and network solutions. Develop
and maintain comprehensive knowledge of AT&T's B2B products,
services, and current promotions relevant to the business market.
Conduct thorough needs assessments for business clients to identify
the best AT&T solutions to meet their specific requirements and
objectives. Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to
business owners, managers, and key decision-makers. Achieve and
surpass sales goals in the B2B market by expertly leading business
clients through the sales process, resolving issues, and closing
deals. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with
business customers to ensure satisfaction and identify
opportunities for future growth. Accurately document all sales
activities, customer interactions, and lead information in our CRM
system. Stay informed about the latest AT&T B2B products,
services, promotions, and industry trends relevant to businesses in
Fort Myers. Adhere to AT&T's sales policies, procedures, and
ethical standards while representing the brand to businesses.
