We are seeking a Sales & Intake Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales acumen with empathy, professionalism, and a client-focused mindset. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective clients - conducting consultations, guiding them through the intake process, and supporting the intake team to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. Base salary of $50,000/year. Monthly performance bonuses with OTE of $120,000/year.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Include:
--- Conducting in-person and virtual consultations with prospective clients
--- Guiding clients through the decision-making process with empathy and clarity
--- Overseeing the intake team to ensure timely, accurate scheduling and follow-up
--- Collaborating with leadership to optimize intake workflows and client experience
--- Tracking key performance metrics and contributing to firm growth through high-conversion consultations

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
--- Proven success in a consultative sales role (legal, insurance, luxury goods, financial services, or related industries preferred)
--- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first approach
--- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional, organized manner
--- Comfortable with both remote and in-office work (must be based in Miami-Dade or Broward County)
--- Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required-training will be provided
