OverviewWest Gables Rehabilitation Hospital*A joint venture with Select Medical*Miami, FLDirector of Plant Operations$10,000 Sign-on bonusResponsibilitiesThe DPO is a member of the hospital leadership team who works in collaboration with the chief executive officer (CEO) to support the overall operation of the facility, including administrative and technical functions. Serving as the hospital's safety officer, the DPO manages the environmental services and security departments to ensure safe operating conditions in compliance with all state, federal, and accrediting agency regulations.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in maintenance, environmental services, or related fields in a hospital environment required.
• Current and valid state Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of JCAHO/OSHA regulations and standards required.Preferred Experience
