The architect will define system solutions based on user needs, costs, and integration requirements with existing systems. Responsibilities include researching, selecting, testing technology products, and establishing migration strategies. Staying updated on industry trends and proactively identifying organizational needs are essential.Core Responsibilities:

• Engineer or optimize workflows and business processes across clinical applications and operations.
• Lead high-impact projects, applying project management methodologies.
• Stay informed on IT industry trends through continuous education.
• Serve as project lead or provide oversight, minimizing business value loss.
• Analyze current systems to recommend improvements aligning with strategic goals.
• Identify product and customization needs within project scope and timeline.
• Mentor senior analysts and hold relevant certifications.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical applications.
• Support team in resolving complex integration issues during system upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts effectively.
• Innovate and design solutions ahead of industry trends.
• Participate in new hire orientation and clinical operations meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational policies and procedures.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practices for application use.
• Perform other duties as assigned.Core Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Coding certifications (e.g., CPC, CCS, CIC, CMC) preferred.
• Epic HIM Administration certification required.
• Proficiency in Epic Hospital and Professional Billing modules preferred.
• At least 3 years engineering innovative software solutions.
• Experience in systems development, implementation, and team leadership.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows, medical terminology, and project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
