In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. Duties & Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence
