Job Description:
About the Role We are currently hiring a full-time Art Therapist
to join our Miami Shores team. This is a clinic-based, employee
position where you’ll provide therapeutic art interventions to
pediatric clients with diverse needs. You will work in close
collaboration with other therapists in a multidisciplinary setting
focused on fostering growth, emotional regulation, communication,
and self-expression through creative modalities. This role is ideal
for someone who values teamwork, has a passion for working with
children, and is excited to contribute to a vibrant and innovative
clinical environment. 3. What You'll Do Provide individual and
group art therapy sessions to pediatric clients in our clinic
setting. Use creative and evidence-based approaches to support
emotional, cognitive, sensory, and behavioral goals. Develop
treatment plans and maintain timely and accurate documentation.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, MTs) to
support holistic client care. Communicate regularly with families
and caregivers to share updates and strategies. Participate in team
meetings, staff training, and ongoing professional development.
Utilize clinic-provided materials, therapy tools, and designated
art therapy space. 4. Qualifications Master’s degree in Art Therapy
or related field. Registered or Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR
or ATR-BC) preferred. Pediatric experience preferred. Bilingual
(English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain HIPAA
compliance and client confidentiality. Reliable transportation and
basic computer proficiency. Clean background check. Competitive
