Value-Based Care Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Family
Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient
primary care team in Coconut Creek, FL. This is a 100% outpatient
opportunity focused on value-based care, quality outcomes, and
strong patient relationships. Position Highlights: Monday–Friday,
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM No weekends No call Collaborative, team-based
environment Adult patient population Responsibilities: Provide
comprehensive primary care Diagnose and manage acute and chronic
conditions Promote preventive care and patient education Partner
with interdisciplinary care teams Qualifications: MD or DO BE/BC in
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Minimum 1 year of experience
as a Primary Care Physician in a value-based care model Active
Florida medical license (or ability to obtain) Active DEA license
