Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility-based Weston
FL. This is a 5-6-month assignment (Possibility of extension or
conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a

(Possibilities of extension)/Contract to hire Multiple Shifts
Available: Monday - Friday 6:00am to 3:30pm Rotating Saturdays
6:30am to 11:30 am Pay rate: $19 - $22 (Based on year of
experience) Job Details: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR
I) serves as the front-line representative of the organization,
interacting directly with patients during routine health visits and
critical diagnostic encounters. This role is responsible for
performing high-quality blood draws and specimen collection while
ensuring patient comfort, safety, confidentiality, and accuracy.
The PSR I creates an environment of trust by clearly explaining
procedures and delivering care in a professional, skillful, and
compassionate manner. Assignments may include work at a doctor’s
office, Patient Service Center (PSC), or other locations as
dictated by business needs. Job Responsibilities: · Perform safe,
accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws, including
pediatric and geriatric collections · Conduct clinical and forensic
specimen collection and processing following established procedures
· Prepare, label, verify, and process specimens for laboratory
testing · Verify patient demographics, initials, and obtain patient
signature post-venipuncture to confirm correct labeling · Clearly
explain procedures to patients to ensure comfort, trust, and
confidence · Maintain accurate records and documentation in
compliance with company and regulatory standards · Perform daily
duties accurately and on time under the direction of the area
supervisor · Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work
environment · Demonstrate leadership behaviors, process excellence,
and confidentiality of patient information · Promote a positive
image of the organization to patients, clients, coworkers, and the
public · Exhibit leadership behaviors, process excellence, and
strict adherence to confidentiality and patient data accuracy Job
Requirements: · Ability to provide high-quality, error-free work in
a fast-paced environment · Ability to work independently with
minimal supervision · Strong attention to detail and organizational
skills · Excellent customer service and communication skills ·
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting ·
Demonstrated professional judgment and decision-making · Reliable
transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable) ·

· Flexible availability to support staffing needs Minimum
Qualifications: · High School Diploma or GED (Required) · Medical
Assistant or Paramedic training (Preferred) Work Experience: · 6
month to 1 year of phlebotomy experience required, including
pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections · Patient Service
Center (PSC) experience – Preferred · Prior customer service
experience in a retail or service environment – Preferred ·
