Job Description:

The Medicaid Waiver Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of Medicaid waiver programs. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with state and local agencies, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and implementing program enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery. Supervise and evaluate staff managing Medicaid waiver cases Ensure all program operations are compliant with state and federal guidelines Coordinate with healthcare providers, state agencies, and other stakeholders to streamline services and address issues Develop training programs for staff on Medicaid waiver policies and procedures Analyze program data to report on performance and recommend improvements Manage budget and ensure proper resource allocation for the program Stay updated on changes in Medicaid laws and regulations affecting waiver programs Strong leadership and managerial abilities In-depth knowledge of Medicaid and waiver programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interpret complex regulations and laws Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring Skillful in conflict resolution and problem-solving Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
