Qualifications: • Must have strong clinical skills regarding the rehabilitation process. • Must have a strong working knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations related to Nursing Home Administration and Reimbursement. • Must demonstrate high integrity. • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must demonstrate excellent judgment. • Must protect confidentiality of information. • Must have strong problem-solving skills. • Must have ability to work with all levels of management as well as front-line. • Possess basic computer skills. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Education and Experience: • Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree or Masters Degree in physical therapy with a minimum of one to two years of management experience; or an Associate Degree in physical therapy with a minimum of five years of management experience. • Current state licensure or license eligible.
