Job Description Job Description Job Title: Respiratory Therapist – NICU Location: Boynton Beach, FL 33435 Schedule: Full-Time 7P-7:30A Pay Range: $28.98 – $39.96 per hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise in managing patients across the spectrum—from neonates to geriatrics—while excelling in both emergent and non-emergent situations. This role requires advanced critical thinking, effective communication, and a commitment to providing high-quality respiratory care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver respiratory therapy services to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations, such as codes and rapid response calls. Operate and manage a wide range of respiratory equipment and technologies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document all assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma, GED, Certificate, or relevant training/experience Licenses & Certifications (Required): Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Florida License Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification / CPR Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Additional Requirements: Proven experience working in NICU or similar high-acuity respiratory care settings Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
