Trainee Role As a Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for:
Participating in structured training sessions to learn about the
company's operations, management concepts, and department-specific
functions. Observing and supporting senior managers to understand
daily tasks, processes, and decision-making. Working on assigned
projects and tasks to obtain practical experience and contribute to
the organization’s goals. Collaborating with other departments and
various team members to gain comprehensive insight of the
organization. Supporting managers in day-to-day duties, which may
include administrative work and other reports. Interacting with
customers to better know their needs and provide better customer
service. Identifying and solving problems that arise within a
department or project. Documenting and reporting on progress,
learnings, and opportunities for improvement during the training
period. Engaging with mentors or supervisors to formulate a plan
for career development within the organization.
