Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Pre-Suit Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience managing a personal injury case load from intake through settlement. This is a key position that requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:
--- Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases.
--- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
--- Open new files, request and organize medical records and bills, and prepare demand packages.
--- Schedule client appointments, coordinate treatment, and monitor case progression.
--- Negotiate property damage claims and assist with settlement disbursements.
--- Draft correspondence, prepare settlement statements, and review closing documents.
--- Maintain detailed notes and updates in case management software (e.g., Filevine).

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 3-5 years of pre-suit case management experience at a personal injury law firm.
--- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
--- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
--- Familiarity with medical terminology and the personal injury claim process.
--- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
--- Experience with legal software systems; Filevine experience is a plus.
