Job description We're Hiring: Purchasing Manager – MRO Facility
Are you a strategic, detail-driven procurement leader ready to make
an impact in aviation? We’re looking for a Purchasing Manager to
oversee all purchasing functions across our high-performing MRO
facility, supporting airframe, landing gear, accessories, and NDT
operations. What You'll Be Doing: Lead sourcing & procurement of
aircraft parts, tools, and consumables Build & manage supplier
relationships (negotiation compliance ) Drive inventory strategy,
expedite AOGs, and ensure material flow efficiency Mentor and lead
a top-tier purchasing team across multiple shops Collaborate across
departments—engineering, quality, planning, logistics Monitor
procurement KPIs, manage budgets, and reduce costs What We’re
Looking For: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related
field Experience in FAA/EASA-regulated environments Bonus points
