Raton. We design and build high-end interiors for clients who
expect craftsmanship at the highest level. Were looking for a
Cabinet Shop Helper someone motivated, detail-oriented, and ready
to work closely with our builders both in the shop and out on job
sites. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, stays
one step ahead, and helps keep production and installations running
smoothly. Your role: Assist our cabinetmakers and installers in
daily production and installations Help with deliveries, pick-ups,
and loading/unloading materials Keep the shop clean, organized, and
safe Take ownership of your work spot what needs doing and jump in
Learn and grow into more advanced woodworking or installation
responsibilities What were looking for: Strong work ethic and
attention to detail Reliable and proactive you dont wait to be told
twice Valid drivers license (required) Basic understanding of
low-voltage lighting (a plus, not required) Team player with a
positive attitude If youre reliable, hands-on, and want to learn
from experienced builders while contributing to high-end projects,
this could be a great opportunity.
