We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Superintendent with Tilt Wall experience to join our dynamic construction team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will oversee Commercial Projects including tilt-up work, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Client Details Our client is a General Contractor focused on Commercial Construction Projects based in South Florida. They built a variety of commercial structures including Tilt-Wall warehouses. Description Supervise all aspects of tilt wall construction projects, from planning to execution. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and specifications are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the job site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to quality standards. Manage the scheduling of labor and equipment to optimize productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates and address concerns. Train and mentor site personnel on best practices and safety protocols. Profile High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree in construction management or a related field preferred. 10 years leading ground up commercial construction projects Tilt Wall project experience (REQUIRED) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Florida driver's license and valid OSHA certification are required.
