Job Description:

The Social Media Manager will develop and implement strategies to enhance our brand presence on various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media profiles, analyzing platform data, and running targeted ad campaigns to generate leads.

Responsibilities:
--- Develop and manage our social media strategy and content calendar.
--- Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.
--- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms.
--- Manage targeted advertising campaigns, especially focusing on ACA-related content.
--- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and cultivate community interaction.

Qualifications:
--- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
--- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
--- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
--- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
--- Good understanding of social media KPIs and marketing.
