Answer calls & collaborate with vendors and branch managers to resolve invoice discrepancies within 72 hours. Process bi-weekly check run (approx. 150-250 checks) Verify bank account balances and compare them to GL balances to arrange intercompany bank transfers. Process wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany bank transfers. Assist with month end close process ensuring that all A/P data entry is completed prior to processing month end. Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist: 2-4 years of full cycle AP experience. Experience with D365 of Dooap is a plus Team player and positive attitude Data entry in excel INJUN2025 ZRCFS
