Aragon Impact Ventures is a newly formed fund with a dual mission to invest in high impact for-profit ventures and contribute to high impact non-profits in the fields of education, the arts, and US-European relations. It is anchored in Aragon Global Holdings, the family office of Anne Dias Griffin. -
French born, Ms Dias Griffin is the founder and CEO of Aragon Global, an investment firm focused on technology and consumer sectors with offices in Miami and Paris. The firm recently moved its headquarters from New York to Miami, where the Project Leader position is located. -
The Project Leader will:

• 
  
• Devise a strategy for deploying capital on both the for-profit and non-profit side in the fund's core areas of impact
  
• Conduct research and due diligence on potential projects in the US and France -
  
• Meet with a broad scope of partners across existing and new projects. -
  
• Write assessment/research notes to assess the effectiveness of various programs relative to each other -
  
• Be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial and impact reporting.
  
• Be part of a team that works in the office, yet be required to travel frequently both within the US and to France. -
  
• Provide analytics for board support to Anne Dias Griffin boards (Museum of Modern Art, Musee des Arts Decoratifs)
  
• Help organize Aragon Impact Ventures' two hallmark conferences - Dias Fellows and another one TBD on education
  
• Liaise with external existing and new partners
  
  Attributes of the candidate:
  
  • 
    
  • Experience with project management in either business, investments or non-profit -
    
  • Exceptional written an oral communications skills
    
  • A background in investing in either public or private assets is preferred. Familiarity with concepts in behavioral economics is an advantage as some of the historical projects of the fund are grounded in behavioral economics
    
  • A high energy attitude and an ambition to make a difference -
    
  • Spanish/French fluency is a plus but not a must
