Job Description:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of general and preventive maintenance experience
1 year of painting and drywall experience (preferred)
1 year of experience repairing appliances (highly desirable) -
RESPONSIBILITIES
General Maintenance and Repair
- Perform miscellaneous maintenance and repairs to all Center facilities, such as painting, replacing light bulbs and fixtures, moving and/or repairing furniture, toilets and faucets
- Complete work orders in a timely manner Preventive Maintenance and Fire Inspections
  - Conduct preventive maintenance, such as draining water heaters, changing A/C filters and inspecting fire extinguishers
  - Conduct and ensure a monthly schedule of preventive maintenance and safety inspections of Center facilities in accordance with OSHA and HRS requirements Paperwork
    - Maintain records and files of completed maintenance work orders
